It is illusory to try to sum up a human being by a simple diagnosis. We represent a mosaic based on our personalities, experiences, traumas, etc. Our chldhood (our « pre-history »), based on our upbringing, determines the pieces of this mosaic. Upbringing is another word for emotional structuring, not to be confused with education (what is learnt in school). This mosaic is the composition of the possibilities of affective decompensation documented in psychiatry under the following headings :

• sexual problems, difficulties in marital or family life

• Anorexia, boulimia, alcohol, drug, screen and other addictions
